New Engine: After many years of relaible running, our old engine showed its age at the February 2014 Annual Inspection. A replacement was sourced from Multiflight at Leeds-Bradford Airport. Multiflight provided us a with as eries of photographs of the exchange of engines.
30th Anniversary Celebrations: At the Committee Meeting on 10th December 2009, the Champagne came out to celebrate 30 years of the Southport & Merseyside Aero Club's existence. Prior to that of course, the Club was called the Southport Aero Club, which was originally founded in 1951.
